3. Waitlist
By joining our waitlist, you provide your name and email address to receive early access
information and updates about Phoenix Cultivate Academy programmes. Joining the waitlist does not
guarantee enrolment, does not constitute a contract, and does not obligate you to apply or enrol.
4. Enrolment and Admission
Admission to Phoenix Cultivate Academy programmes is selective. Submitting an application does not
guarantee a place. All applicants may be required to complete a vetting process, which may include a
micro-task or assessment, before a place is confirmed. Phoenix Cultivate Academy reserves the right
to decline any application at its sole discretion.
5. Programme Fees
Programme fees are communicated clearly prior to enrolment and must be paid in full before the
commencement of any programme unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are processed via Paystack.
All fees are non-refundable except at the sole discretion of Phoenix Cultivate Academy.
6. Student Conduct
Students are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism and respect toward staff, trainers,
and fellow students at all times. Phoenix Cultivate Academy reserves the right to remove any student
from a programme without refund if their conduct is deemed disruptive, harmful, or in violation of
these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All curriculum, training materials, datasets, presentations, and resources produced by Phoenix
Cultivate Academy are the intellectual property of Phoenix Cultivate Academy. Students may use
materials for their personal learning only and may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit
any content without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Phoenix Cultivate Academy provides its programmes in good faith but does not guarantee specific
employment outcomes or results. To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, Phoenix Cultivate
Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from
participation in or withdrawal from any programme.
9. Changes to Programmes
Phoenix Cultivate Academy reserves the right to make reasonable changes to programme content,
trainers, schedules, or delivery format. Students will be notified of any material changes as soon
as reasonably practicable.
