Mailchimp: Used to manage and send email communications including waitlist updates and programme information. Data shared includes your name and email address. Mailchimp's privacy policy applies to data processed on their platform.

Paystack: Used to process programme fee payments. Payment data is handled directly by Paystack and is not stored by Phoenix Cultivate Academy. Paystack's privacy policy applies.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. Waitlist data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Application data is retained for a reasonable period after an admissions decision is made.
